How long each stage takes

NORAVIAX controls the processing stage: your order ships out within 3–7 business days of confirmation.

The carrier, customs authorities, and local logistics providers control transit: delivery takes 14–30 business days after dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates only. They do not constitute a guarantee.

NORAVIAX is responsible for dispatch timing. Transit timing falls outside NORAVIAX’s direct control.

What can affect timing

Delays may occur due to public holidays, severe weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, or country-specific import and delivery requirements.

None of these factors fall under NORAVIAX’s operational authority.
